But what if the company doesnot have any more requirement when my GC gets approved. Its takes 4-5 years and conditions may change as per time...?

If you think the price is to go up, then you can buy them at current market value of 26 and hold them. You don't have to pay 30 for it :-)
Options are only valuable if they are more than the exercisable price, if not the paper is worth nothing.
Why do you want to buy the options at that price? Can't you just buy it from the open market and that way option will exxpire and there will be that many less open shares.

My case is different. I have 140 approved during jan2006. PD- 11/2005 EB2,
Again. Amendment 140 filed (((on 07/02/07 (RD) and 08/30/07 (ND) at TSC)) by the new company, which tookover our earlier company (New co.Much bigger in size).
Now, I have original 140 approved, and Amendment still pending. PD is current, just waiting to see how it would imapact. :confused:
Any advise from Seniors/ Gurus.. :)

New company lawer is not accepting EAD, even though we don't have written approval confiramtion
How to conivince him to use EAD unti we got the phisical card?
Until you have the approval letter in the mail from USCIS or the physical card, they should be able to accept the EAD, as far as they are concerned its still a valid work document (all that has changed is an online status right).
Otherwise just wait a couple of weeks, you will hopefully have the GC in hand.

Did everyone get receipt and transfer notice? I ask because I only got Transfer notice, and lawyer is not responding about whether he received a receipt notice(with July 2nd date ) also.

I got my visa stamping from mumbai conuslate. Its pretty easy. Take an appointment through VFS by getting a HDFC bank receipt after paying the fee. Check on the VFS site when is the available date. and then follow the link and book the appointment. You will get forms which are populated. If you have any mistakes in the form i think you can correct it at the mumbai consulate too. When you enter the consulate they will hand you the original form which you filled and then ask you to fill whatever you had missed out using your pen. you have to wait till your number calls out and then you get visa stamped and passport posted.

I don't think anyone can know at this point. There is frontlog/backlog at different steps. USCIS information they post is misleading. Look how wrong receipting dates information is !!!...:(

Did any one of you receive receipts matching above criteria. I-140 approved from NSC and 485 sent to NSC.
